In 2011, GSS brought Simon Davey to Atlanta to meet with a number of prominent youth soccer clubs. Shortly thereafter, Simon was placed in Georgia's largest youth soccer club, Southern Soccer Academy. During this recruitment period, it became clear that many European based, and highly qualified staff, were looking to coach in North America. On that note, Premier League Academies was founded.Ourcontacts in professional clubs in the UK allows PLA to bring over only the best and most qualified staff. Our average coaching age is 37, whereas our rivals are 21. We decided that professional and experienced coaches are not a dime a dozen, so we restrict who we work with based on our staff and the level of the club. Only the best coaching, for the best US clubs!
